USA Blower Door is a brand of Atlanta Blower Door LLC, based in Marietta, Georgia (“we,” “us”). Services in Alabama and South Carolina are provided by our affiliated companies, Auburn Blower Door LLC and Myrtle Blower Door LLC. This policy covers usablowerdoor.com, our phone and text lines, and our scheduling and billing.

2. Information we collect

  • Information you give us: name, company, email, phone number, property or job address, house plans and project documents, and anything you write to us.
  • Scheduling and billing information: appointment details, invoices and payment records. Card payments are handled by our payment processors; we do not store full card numbers.
  • Website information: basic usage data, such as pages visited and browser type, collected through cookies and similar tools.

3. How we use your information

  • Schedule and perform blower door, duct leakage and inspection services
  • Send appointment confirmations, reminders, test results, certificates, invoices and receipts
  • Answer your calls, texts and emails
  • Meet energy-code and permitting requirements for your project

Text messaging: No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. All the above categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.

5. Text messages

If you agree to receive texts from us, we use your number only for the messages you agreed to, such as scheduling, reminders, results and billing. Message frequency varies. 6. How long we keep information

We keep information as long as needed to provide our services and meet legal, tax and code-compliance requirements. Then we delete or de-identify it.

7. Security

We use reasonable safeguards to protect your information. No method of sending or storing data is completely secure.

8. Your choices

You can ask us to update or delete your information by contacting us below. You can unsubscribe from emails with the link in any email, and stop texts by replying STOP.

9. Children

Our services are for businesses and adults. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13.

10. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy. The effective date above shows the latest version.
